Grains of Time is an account of environmental volunteering in Nepal and South East Asia during 18 months in 2008 - 2009. It describes the people Tim Taylor met on his journey, the kindness and warmth he encountered while living with families in Nepal and Indonesia, the laughter and comradeship of working with young volunteers in Australia and New Zealand, and the new sights, customs, cultures and beliefs of different countries. This book details Taylor's interesting adventures and shows how his personal setbacks were overcome by giving out his time and skills to others less fortunate, and discovering his fundamental character and motivations.
