Following the aftermath of the first installment, Spree is the new boss of the underworld of Bedrock. The consequences of his actions has brought a new threat in Niko, Buff's cousin. As the two gangsters wage war against one another, Kaleen, Andrew, and Richard, start to form a team of their own to take back control of their city and rid it of gangs. Meanwhile, Jerome navigates his new life being locked up while his friends and family search for every possible solution to get him free. Keisha discovers how talented she is in the world of beauty. She also makes a leap into womanhood now that all she has is herself with all of her loved ones either dead or missing.
