Leadership in Safety

Safety is my life. I want you to feel what I feel when I talk about Safety, and I want you to have the best information at your disposal. Whether you are a young plant manager or an experienced executive, I wish you find in my book the ticket to enter a world of challenge and success. Once I heard a top executive stating that having a clear, effective and efficient safety policies implemented via good leadership is neither a cost, nor an investment. It isn´t either a benefit. It is a "ticket to play", the minimum and essential requirement to play in the top leagues of successful organizations. My main commitment is to offer consultancy and workshops to help develop safe environments for workers and their families. My mission is to ensure that all of us work safely and go back home safe and sound to enjoy our family life. This book collection on SAFETY are meant to serve as a guide to train on safety. Through my books I provide the tools and means to achieve my goal, that of contributing to create better and more effective safety methodologies as we keep moving into the future.
