A Christmas story that is heartwarming and inspirational. Hannah and her family were on the outs with each other. Hannah had a bitter heart due to the death of her fiance on Christmas Eve. It got to the point that she fought with everyone. Her father and her sister had all they could bear and decided to cease speaking to her. But a mother's love is eternal, and so Hannah got her information about the family from her mother, Jane. After a few years, Hannah meets a man she felt she could trust. They eventually marry and move to Colorado. It's another Christmas, and Hannah's father is dying. Kyle, her husband, and their adopted daughter, Emma, go to New York City to see him. In a twist of fate, Hannah goes Christmas shopping at Sak's Fifth Avenue and takes in a children's choir dressed as angels Saks store window. She recognizes her niece, Rachel, from photos, and then she sees her sister. Hannah attempts to heal their relationship, and on Christmas Eve, Melissa, Hannah's sister, and her daughter Rachel come to the parents' house to celebrate. The night is wonderful, with lots of healing and forgiveness. But then another tragic moment occurs, but this time, the family bonds together forever, proving that miracles are everywhere if we open our hearts to them.
