MelonCollie Ravings of a Dyslexic Poet
William Fraser
Some people see dyslexia as a curse, The PeskyPoet(R) chooses to see it as a blessing. It may occasionally lead to the odd slip-up and sometimes to a chuckle but there is the odd occasion where a dyslexic slip-up gives a golden nugget. The MelonCollie comes from one such slip-up. Years ago The PeskyPoet wrote a poem in which he lamented the feeling of melancholy but the dyslexic mind decided to spell it like a fruit-dog hybrid. Since the spelling mistake was discovered the artistic mind of Matthew J. Hill, of The Caterpillar Shivered, brought the MelonCollie to life. This anthology of poetry consists of a selection of new poems and poems written over the last 8 years.
