Gitimalaya (A Garland of Songs) is a collection of famous bengali Poems written by Rabindranath Tagore in 1914. Kheya and Gitimalya went into the making of Song Offerings. It is to be noted here that the very opening poem of English Gitanjali - "Thou hast made me endless, such is thy pleasure" can not be traced in Bangla Gitanjali. Its source is found in. Gitimalya. While translating his Bangla originals Tagore either substituted terms.
