Molly Hoop an attractive, driven, but lonely news reporter is hunted by a shadow assassin. With her love interest Mike Lambert, Molly must escape through a portal at Rock City Park to the world of Lithos. There she discovers her destiny as The Star-Bearer prophesied to stop the evil Shadow-Master from enslaving Earth and Lithos. Mike and Molly's budding romance is tested through adventures and betrayal. Together with sasquatch-like creatures, fairies, little-people, and griffins, they confront dragon riders, shadow parasites, and the ghosts of the ancient forest. Molly's motto - "Everything is bigger than it seems" - proves to be true, but the cost of victory over the Shadow-Master may be her life.
