This is the Preliminaries on Vattel's Law of Nations. When our founding Fathers met in 1787 they collectively created our God-given American Federal Constitution. Benjamin Franklin and General George Washington utilized the edicts of Jesus Christ and Vattel's Law of Nations to construct our Constitution.
