Joel Marion Moore was plucked out of the hands of alcoholic, drug-addicted and mentally challenged parents who negligently almost killed him. Joel was adopted and raised up in the backwoods of Florida as a problem-child, a "never-amount-to-nothing-kid." But at an early age, he felt God's call on his life which was telling him a different story.
