A bomb in the classroom: and other stories

A collection of short stories based on personal experience, funny and often thought provoking. The characters are based on children, teachers and parents that the author has met when a teacher or as a child himself. Ted Mason was a teacher for many years before working in China as an education adviser. He draws on his experiences to describe real situations in a sympathetic and amusing style.

He has also written a book about his work and life in Shanxi, China. The illustrations are water-colours by FeiYue, a Chinese artist and designer in Beijing, reflecting a mix of Chinese and Western styles.
