DIA agents David Jones and Katy Martin work on cases linked to the paranormal, terrorism, and espionage in a place called the Tranquility Lab in San Francisco. Katy Martin is a Remote Viewer, a psychic, and believer in the supernatural; David Jones is a maverick sleuth, skeptical, former CIA, and now a member of the Tranquility Team has been assigned to take over the case involving a shadowy white supremacist group that may have developed a secret weapon of mass destruction. Their ultimate goal is world domination. Jones and Martin investigate the murders of previous DIA agents working on the Medusa Files. It is a battle against time as their investigation leads them around the world. They are hampered by assassins, nationwide riots, and a terrorist plot design to instigate a race war. During their treacherous journey for the truth, the two agents encounter an unseen killer with incredible psychic powers. As humanity is on the verge of destruction and the eve of an evolutionary breakthrough in telekinesis, the fate of the world is in question. They must locate and stop the mysterious doomsday weapon before all hell breaks loose on the face of the earth.
