After the virus riots, Pirates roam the Sacramento Bayou. Jason Baron constructs an artificial intelligence to kill Hermes Conrad. Meanwhile, the Titans find out that hellhounds were designed to exterminate trolls. That's against the rules, and their solution is to lob a few nickel-iron asteroids off the west coast of California to destroy the hellhound factories. Hermes talks the Titans out of it, but all things for a price.
