"The Corpse of Love" is a crime, neo-noir and drama thriller that recounts the life of Erik Mur, a forensic photographer and archaeology fanatic. Erik spends his free time searching for missing persons, including his wife Mariangela, who disappeared without a trace two years ago. Together with two homicide detectives, he investigates a series of murders related to indigenous rituals. All the victims are women and at each crime scene, he finds new clues that lead him to a different killer, which is why they believe they are behind a fraternity of serial killers. The book is part of the NATIVE series. It is followed by the titles "The Ritual of Love" and "The Ashes of Love," which complete the trilogy: The Crimes of Love. The series is finished by the books: "The Ruins of All Your Dreams," "A Path to El Dorado," "The City of Gold" and "At the End of the Journey."
