The Christian life is about a person, Jesus Christ. Jesus is the source of life and the author of the Christian faith (John 1:1-4). The focus of our faith is on a life-giving relationship that grows by faith. Everything around us, and I do mean everything, will attack this life-giving relationship. What I would like to share with you over the next 30 days is how God has used a simple metaphor to help us understand the simplicity of the Christian life. Whether you've trusted Jesus Christ as Savior just a few minutes ago or you have known Him for more than 30 years, everything you need to live the Christian life still flows from the presence of Christ within you.
