The Tellin twins are boys with the amazing ability to communicate telepathically. The British secret intelligence hone in on this special gift of theirs as a possible tool to solve crime and, under the wing of the stern Professor Forthsythe - the 'Prof' - the young brothers Bryan and Bryce learn to 'train' their ESP. A recent spate of art thefts in Paris finally gets the ball rolling and gives the boys the opportunity to test out the true extent of their abilities.
