Childhood impressions -- teenage yearning -- spiritual searching -- life experiences. For some strange reason I've always had the instinct to write these things down in poetic form.


Sometimes setting things down seems to make them more real, and open the door to further insight; and it's only now, as an old lady, that I notice how often I've been asking questions. That, I think, is how the soul grows and discovers itself; and poetry has been my way of exploring life's meaning.
