God commissioned me to create awakening words long before the name of the book originated. You see, I am a graduate of Bainesville Elementary in Cayce, Mississippi, and Henry High School in Byhalia, Mississippi. While studying hard, I learned to read excellently by well-taught Southern teachers. I attended Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee and Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. I both colleges and university, I earned degrees in English, Music and Journalism. Therefore, I had a diverse background that was necessary to make it in the publishing business.
