This play has already been represented in Paris, Madrid, Miami, Montevideo... Jean-Pierre Martinez is a French playwright and scriptwriter. He was born in 1955 in Auvers-sur-Oise, France. He wrote 70 comedies, four of them (Friday the 13th, Strip Poker, Him and Her and Critical but stable), translated in English. Jean-Pierre Martinez experienced first the stage as a drummer in various rock bands, before to become a semiologist in the field of advertising. He worked afterwards as television scriptwriter, and came back to the stage as a playwright. Today he is among the most played contemporaries playwrights in France, and several of his plays have been translated in Spanish and Portuguese.
