Love is never easy in an unforgiving world, where lies and secrets are valued above all. I'd like to introduce you to Anton's Place. Anton Sauvage is a young man of French Canadian and Russian parentage, a Canadian with an adorable accent and the charm that goes with it. However, he is unable to find his place in the world and unable to isolate himself totally from it. So to make his own place, relocates to New York and opens a bar. The bar becomes the barrier between Anton and the rest of society while keeping him connected to it. The focus is on his journey, of finding love and acceptance with flashbacks to his, often, tragic past.
