1968 - 10-th year of the author's life in Academgorodock (Novosibirsk). It was the time of blossoming culture and freethinking. Views and protests radicalizes. But at the same time, the persecution on the dissidents increases. The major cultural hotbeds of Academgorodock are defeated. The leaders are suspended. The thoughts are strangled. The protest's slogans appeares on the walls of the buildings. Their authors are the fearless NGU students, leading by 15 years old Alexandre Gorban. The scientists and the most active social part of the society requires the publicly opened trials-in their "Letter of 46." And the prosecution of them has started. A bard's festival, organized by the Club under the Integral has a huge success tanks to one of its participants - the famous Alexander Galich. But shortly after the club is forced to disband. An art gallery is closed. The play "All that exists - exists" is not permitted to perform. Altogether, it leads to the end of the so called freedom and highly increases self-censorship.
