There are strange happenings at the Zellmont Hotel in New Brunswick, New Jersey. On a weekend in June 2015, a waitress was found dead behind an alley trash bin. At the same time, a socially conservative college student disappeared without a trace. The police have no leads and can find no connections between the two events.

When the CEO of Zellmont Lodging asks for her help, Amy is up for the challenge. She knows that there has to be a connection between the two women, even though they moved in completely different circles. The dearly departed Melanie Richland was an aspiring actress just struggling to get by. The now-missing Brenda Lorimer was an affluent, conservative sorority sister who enjoyed a life of privilege.



Amy's investigation will take her into the halls of power and the secret lives of sorority sisters. She's determined to get justice for both young women, but there's more to this crime than Amy could have imagined. Is the mystery too tangled for Amy to unravel the truth?
