Jason L. Shankle, Sr. is from (Park Hill) Denver, Colorado. He is the CEO/Founder of Inner Self and Wisdom, LLC which is Private Therapy Practice. He earned his Masters of Arts in Psychology from Regis University. He is a Psychology Professor at the Community College of Denver. He began writing poetry at the age of 10 years old because of how he grew up as well as a therapeutic way to escape through expressive writing. There were many roads of life that pulled on Mr. Shankle and once he decided to seek enlightenment for his higher "True Self" is where these poetry compilations of heart felt entries were born.
