A mathematical formulation within various types of uncertainty can be properly characterizes and investigated is now available in terms of the theory of the fuzzy sets and fuzzy measures. Understanding these various types of uncertainty and their relationship with information and complexity the fuzzy set theory is successfully applied in Hydraulic systems with critical characteristics.
