The objective behind exploring customer perception was to understand the necessity of customers and their expectations towards the drinking water manufacturing industry. The study was undertaken in Coimbatore district of Tamilnadu, India. The book helps the readers to think about marketing strategies. Based on the findings of the study certain recommendations were proposed in the end to bridge the gap between the manufacturers, retailers and customers.
