In Pakistan 40% married women are smoking and almost 60% unmarried girls are smoking, female smokers include students, self employed and employed in every class female smokes. In upper class more females are smoker rather than lower class 94.29% likes to smoke cigarette out of 100% females. 5.71% like to smoke cigar. According to their urge they smoke cigarette. Out of study population 20% females belong to age group less than 20, 20% belong to 21-24, 37.4% belong to 25-29 and 5% belong to 30-33, only 3% were above 40 and these 3% commit that they were smoking for the last 10 years. This shows that beginner of smoking lie between age group 20-24. Elite class women smoke cigarette as a fashion, trend/social status and in lower class female used to smoke because they want reduce their deprivations, frustration and anxiety. But it simply effects on the economic conditions and their budget and expenditure exceed which leads to other social problems. Due to women smoking family environment effects a women face devalues.
