Dietary changes as a result of migration can have both positive and negative impacts as such this thesis tries to explore the changes in dietary habits of muslim immigrant women from Iraq living in Copenhagen, comparing their traditional eating pattern with the danish dietary guidelines to see if immigrants tend to retain their eating habits or does it changes as a result of Migration.
