P., Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan since long and they opt rickshaw pulling because it is easy source of income. The present book, ?Migrant Rickshaw Pullers from Social Work Perspective: The Case of Delhi?, is a soft attempt to paint a picture of the migrant rickshaw pullers and their socio-economic, living conditions in Delhi. The objective of the study is to examine the various socio-economic backgrounds, causes of migration of rickshaw pullers, living conditions and day to day problems and also coping mechanisms adopted by the rickshaw-pullers in dealing with various problems in Delhi. The book will consist of eight chapters.
