Forest Management in Legal Aspect: a Case Study of Manebhanjyang Vdc, Okhaldhunga District of Eastern Nepal Shyamu Thapa Magar

Forest has played important role among hill dwellers of Nepal. People depended upon forest for their livelihood for timber, fuelwood, and fodder for their livestock. Due to overutilization of the forest product, the condition of forest is depleting. Due to weak implementation of forest rules and regulations, people started cutting forest product carelessly especially by the those elites and help to deteriorate the condition of forest. For the better future. Local people should think about forest sustainability for their upcoming generation.
