New model of the Universe evolution is based on its representation as the topological medium. Its basic property is its tendency to occupy simultaneously infinitely large and infinitely small spaces. Different ratio of these tendencies causes wide border zone that finds itself in two extreme forms (compressed and expanded), and the original topological swing stimulates their medial-state forming and results in medium cycle in general. The revealed logic of topological transformations covers all the fields and levels of the Universe and that?s why it can be named as the Theory of all.
