Objective. Establish the reliability, validity and correlations between variables reported in the literature regarding ITS weighting in a public hospital. Method. Conclusion. the boundaries of design, sampling and analysis of the study are noted and recommended to include organizational and psychological variables supported in theories of Organizations and theories of personality.
