Behçet's disease is a frequent condition in Tunisia, potentially serious and potentially life-threatening as well as visual. The ocular manifestations during Behçet's disease are varied, mainly affecting the young and rarely the elderly. Few studies have focused on the particularities of ocular damage during MB in the elderly, hence the interest of this work. The aim of the work was to study the epidemiological, clinical, evolutionary and therapeutic characteristics of the ocular manifestations during Behçet's disease in the elderly subject. We conducted a retrospective study of 38 eyes of 21 oculo-Behçet patients over a period of 7 years. For each patient, epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical and therapeutic characteristics were recorded.
