Injuries to the pulp can cause discomfort and disturbance. Most of the emergencies in our dental clinics are due to conditionsacute pulps, in which several etiological and influential factors are of great importance for the establishment of the correct diagnosis. General objective: To characterize the clinical evolution of transitory acute reversible pulp processes and their associated factors. Methodological design. A study was carried outThe population was made up of 105 patients who were diagnosed with a transient reversible pulp condition in the period September - November 2020. Conclusions. Male sex and age range from 35 to 44 years predominated, the most frequent causal agent was bacterial. Age, the bacterial causative agent and deep carious lesions were the first places within the factors associated to the clinical evolution of the pulp processes.
