The Peruvian socio-political and economic system has undergone many changes in recent years, this has impacted on those who work as teachers affecting their working conditions with low pay and job instability, therefore, poor quality of life, which exposes them to the development of burnout syndrome. Consequently, their self-esteem is affected, because the person is demotivated and adopts a negative position in the performance of their work. Regarding the problem at the Universidad Privada Simón Bolívar, some teachers can be found with a lack of professionalism, which prevents them from making the right decisions in the field of action, the correct management of the work environment, the lack of constant training, keeps them out of date, harming their personal growth and the quality of education that is given to students.
