In this work the activity of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in contemporary system of international legal relations is considered because in conditions of growth of interstate relations, internationalization of economy the influence of supranational organizations on the formation of national law of a state increases. This book substantiates the role of the OECD in the formation of national law in different countries and the impact of this organization on political processes in sovereign states.
