Education is undoubtedly the most important primary resource for achieving the economic and social development of countries. Clearly, we are referring to an education with criteria of efficiency and quality, whose fundamental characteristic is relevance. The link between the body of theoretical knowledge and the environment is conditioned by the capacity that learners and educators demonstrate within the framework of a methodology whose focus is centered on the achievement of four categories: learning by doing, knowing how to do, knowing how to be, and knowing how to live together. In such a way that the concept of pertinence in education presupposes the creation of abilities and skills that allow the individual to transform past knowledge into new knowledge, generating added values whose expression is goods and services that satisfy a demanding and varied demand.
