Industrial poultry farming in our country is one of the most important and actively developing branches of agriculture. Poultry meat accounts for more than 43% of the total volume of meat raw materials and demand for it is constantly growing. Due to the State program of agricultural development and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2008-2012 and the target program "Development of poultry farming in the Russian Federation for 2010-1012" the share of poultry meat in the total volume of meat by 2011 more than doubled in comparison with 1990. Thanks to state support and investment in the industry, the Russian poultry industry may become export-oriented in the near future (Stepanova E. V., 2016).
