The innovation of the Sharing Economy is in the idea of a new economic model based on the sharing of goods and services. To counteract the development of one of the most popular platforms today, Airbnb, in cities like Barcelona, several regulations have followed one another over the years, including the Peuat Special Urban Plan. The objective is to analyze the impact of the Plan on the platform under consideration, in order to regulate the implementation of tourist accommodation in the city center.
