This book is the result of my experience as a clinical psychology trainee at Razi Hospital in Tunisia in 2015. I present in this work the clinical vignette of the patient Mrs. W with an in-depth analysis of the interviews done with her. This experience was a journey into the heart of madness, a journey that helped me a lot to understand psychotic anxiety and hatred. Moreover, I still believe that one has to be psychotic in order to understand psychosis.
