Activity Reports of the Women's Voice and Leadership Project

The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Mali (AFEM) is a women's associationestablished in 2007, legally recognized in 2012 with the aim of helping women and girls in urban and rural areas. AFEM aims to defend the rights of women and girls wherever the need arises as long as financial and human resources are available. AFEM's vision is to have a Mali where all Malian womenlive in peace, in dignity and where social justice, equality, economic empowerment of women andeconomic empowerment of women and respect for women's rights. The actions of AFEM reach today in terms of direct beneficiaries more than 150,000 people (women and youth).
