Tuberculosis remains today a major public health problem in the world and in Tunisia. Its frequency is constantly increasing with a recrudescence of the disease in its different clinical forms. Extra-pulmonary tuberculosis is classically defined by the involvement of at least one organ other than the lungs. This form also includes disseminated forms and pleural and intra-thoracic lymph node involvement. We report on the latest news and an update on this subject.
