Henry is eager to impress the world with his food, but when he gets fired as a chef onboard a cruise ship, he is left ashore in Amsterdam. He finds work at the "Tower of Tears", a restaurant located in the historic tower from where the famous explorer Henry Hudson set out to discover Manhattan.
