This the third edition of We Talk Poetry is an entertaining collection of poetry in Creole English (i.e. dialect). It features 25 poems, six (6) of which are brand new additions to this book. The pieces centre (mainly) around Trini culture and Bible stories or biblical principles. Creole English is full of drama and is very colourful, so you are guaranteed to enjoy this literary treat! One or two of the poems are somewhat adult-ish so, if this book is introduced to children, it should be done so under adult supervision (some of the poems are quite tame and perfectly fine for the little ones).
