This Activities Training Manual is one of four modules (Red, Orange, Blue and Green), designed to teach organizational leadership to 5- to 9-year-olds. It includes over 30 project-based, peer-led activities. Leader qualities in the Orange Module include commitment, optimism, conflict and change. Methods are modeled after executive training but age-sized for children. The designer is Alan E. Nelson, EdD, a global leader in your leader identification and development. These materials are used internationally, focusing on teamwork and more importantly, how to lead teams. Dr. Nelson teaches at the Naval Postgraduate School, USC, and UCI and is the founder of KidLead (www. KidLead.com) and LeadYoung Training Systems. The Unum Mystery is a storybook that complements this training manual.
