The story is set in a dystopian future and revolves around our protagonist Molly Pearson, her family and friends. A society: living in a world taken over by artificial intelligence and technology. They have to fight for their position in this new world and survive the greed of mankind. Memories of a forgotten past world however cannot be buried with the bright lights and threaten to tear interwoven family lives and worlds apart, many through past mistakes, murder, grief, family secrets and a phantom possession.
