Before he discovered the "Theory of Everything" (2019), Scientist/Physicist Prince Jessii went on a journey in search of it and found it at last, in form of a blueprint. Before solving the puzzle of the blueprint, a message was given to him from the Creator of the Universe to deliver to every human existing in the Universe. This book is used as the handbook of the Universe; the chapters represents the seven scrolls of the Universe. A human at least seven years old uses the handbook to know the major details about its universe. Therefore, every human present and above seven years is entitled to one copy.
