The Virtuous Path

Many of our greatest stories are about a journey. The hero, and some friends, set out on a quest to accomplish a goal, and they can't get there unless they walk the road. The Hobbit, A Whistle for Willie, Hansel and Gretel... these are just a few examples of people heading out into their world and exploring new ideas, learning new skills, and finding out more about themselves. This book is for young adventurers seeking to develop virtue in their lives. It will take child you love on a four week journey down the Virtuous Road, a road to help them to discover and refine some of the virtues that will help us all to become the person God has designed us to be. Each week we will look at our actions and choices through the lens of one the four Cardinal Virtues: Prudence, Justice, Fortitude, and Temperance. Along the way, your child will meet a few Holy men and women in the weekly Saint Spotlights, and will experience the joy of imagination in creative spaces, prayer prompts, and journaling pages to make their own!
