This is an expression of my life experiences and how I overcame many adversities. I have had a lot of ups and downs and have found that poetry has helped me cope and continue to heal. While my poems are not exact depictions of personal events or persons I have met, my thoughts are always wide and expansive. I hope that the reader enjoys this personal journey, is inspired to be a better person and embraces the possibility of always healing, no matter the challenge encountered. I am not perfect, I'm just a simple man.
