Never Is a Lonely Place
William Evans
Three children, two boys, and a girl became friends at a very early age and remained so into their adulthood. Both of the boys loved the girl, but it never affected their friendship for one another. One of the boys wanted to be a detective when he grew up, while the other envied the activities of the local Mafia. This was in the early thirties when the Mafia was a phenomenon in criminal activity. These two definitively different occupations would eventually bring conflict to the Three Amigos as they were affectionately called.
