I once asked a child, what she had for lunch. The conversation went like this: ME: child, did you eat already? CHILD: Yes. ME: What did you eat? CHILD: Food. ME: You had food? Are you full? CHILD: glaring at me. ME: What kind of food did you eat? CHILD: Food. ME: What did you eat? CHILD: food. (asserting like that is all there is to it). ME: Tell me the name of the food. CHILD: Food (shy attitude: what else do you want me to say). Teach them ABC's of Fruits and Veggies, so they know the name of the food they are being fed. Let them use the workbook to help them develop a Healthy Lifestyle.
