In the fourth and final book of MadMen's Journey, William's survivors begin to establish a home in Columbia with the help of Tio Leo and a few members of The Thirty. In a few weeks, the family settles in, as William, Hannah, and Marshall plan the next leg of their journey, distilling fuel for the Hawkeye and sharing the knowledge of their Talents with the others. After solemn goodbyes, they fly a short hop to the eastern-most tip of South America, and there, meet up with 2 friends bringing fuel for the airplane. At first light, Hannah flies them across the Atlantic Ocean, once again encountering Nameless, who forces their aircraft into the sea. As they are rescued by an ocean-going, cable-laying ship, William finally meets his Lady Anne, a prim, stiff-backed missionary, who uses her Talents to hurl William across the ship's deck. Together with Marshall, Han, and her animals, they cruise northeast, to Gibraltar where a commuter jet waits to take them to their destiny.
